Customer Support Executive UK Voice Process Location: Mohali Process: UK Voice Process Shift Timing: 1:30 PM 10:30 PM (IST) Working Days: 5 Days a Week + 2 Alternate Saturdays Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for UK-based clients. Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions. Maintain high-quality communication standards. Update call records and follow standard operating procedures. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Prior experience in voice-based customer support is a plus. Comfortable working in UK shift timings. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Note: This is a voice process, so fluency in spoken English is essential.
