Manage multiple stakeholders (internal - Sales, SC functions, etc. & external - transporters, warehouses, etc.) Timely publishing of MIS (OTIF/complaints/etc.) and other reports as and when required Ensuring end-to-end tracking from pickup, in-transit, delivery and POD availability Customer complaint resolution within TAT Transporter freight billing within TAT Continuous work on improving efficiencies by reducing freight, improving performance, etc. Onboarding new transport partners / developing new models to improve efficiencies and performance SCM IT related automation to reduce manual work and related manual errors Escalation resolution by working with the stakeholders,
