As a Sales Officer specializing in Home Loans, your main objective is to achieve sales targets by acquiring new customers and establishing strong relationships within your designated area. Your responsibilities will include: - Area Mapping: Conduct regular mapping of your assigned area, street by street, to discover potential new customers. Keep your manager informed of any updates. - Source Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with leads and sources within the area to generate sales opportunities. - Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily activity and sales reports according to the prescribed format. - Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify and bring on board new channel partners (BSAs) following company guidelines. - Team Meetings: Participate in daily team huddles and communicate relevant updates to ensure a cohesive working environment. - Customer Relationship: Assist customers in understanding products, gather necessary documentation, and provide post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position requiring day shift availability. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Loan Sales. The work location is in person.
