The job involves meeting with clients to understand their home loan needs, financial status, and goals. You will assist clients in completing loan applications, collect necessary documentation, and ensure accuracy and completeness. Additionally, you will assess clients" creditworthiness and evaluate their financial status by analyzing credit reports and financial statements. Based on credit evaluation, financial analysis, and risk assessment, you will make recommendations for loan approval. Providing exceptional customer service is crucial, which includes addressing client inquiries, explaining loan terms, and resolving any issues that may arise during the application process. Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting follow-up communications with clients post-loan approval to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
