Job Description

Job Description: As a Gold Loan Customer Acquisition Specialist at indiagold, your primary responsibility will be to source and acquire gold loan customers at their doorsteps. You will be expected to deliver monthly targets by meeting and converting assigned leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for appraising the gold ornaments and verifying KYC at the customer's doorstep. Travelling within the assigned territory/area for disbursing loans as per the process will also be a part of your role. Generating leads through existing customers/database, ensuring productivity and revenue generation, and building long-term relationships with HNI customers for future business are key aspects of this role. You will also be required to coordinate with respective stakeholders for grievance handling related to customers, disbursal, and processes while strictly adhering to the organization's processes, policies, and guidelines. Requirements: - A graduate with a minimum of 1-year experience in gold valuation or gold sales in any gold loans firm - Strong sales skills - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory/cluster - Ability to meet customers at their doorstep and provide door-to-door services At indiagold, we offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
