Job Description

The job involves sourcing and acquiring gold loan customers at their doorsteps. You will be responsible for appraising gold ornaments, verifying KYC, and disbursing loans within the assigned territory. Generating leads through existing customers/database, maximizing productivity and revenue generation, and building long-term relationships with HNI customers are key aspects of the role. Additionally, you will coordinate with stakeholders for grievance handling and ensure strict adherence to organizational processes, policies, and guidelines. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a minimum of 1-year experience in gold valuation or sales within a gold loans firm. Strong sales skills, willingness to travel within the assigned territory/cluster, and providing door-to-door services to customers are essential requirements for this position.
