Job Description
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and CRM tools.
- Research and qualify leads based on company criteria.
Customer Engagement:
- Initiate contact with potential and existing customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Product/Service Presentation:
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Conduct product demonstrations virtually if needed.
Sales Conversion:
- Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
- Negotiate prices and terms to close sales deals.
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
CRM & Database Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems.
- Update customer information, sales pipeline, and activities regularly.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with marketing, field sales, and customer success teams.
- Provide feedback on customer pain points, objections, and market trends
- Must be fluient in Kannada English Hindi
