The Loan DSA Team Leader position requires an experienced individual to oversee and lead a team of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) involved in the loan origination process. As the Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing the team's performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and upholding compliance with loan disbursement policies and procedures. Responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to achieve sales targets, managing the end-to-end loan origination process, providing training on loan products and sales techniques, monitoring performance, developing strategies to enhance loan sales, and maintaining strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to company policies, resolving client issues, preparing reports on team performance, and implementing initiatives for client acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the loan DSA or financial services industry, possess in-depth knowledge of loan products and the DSA process, demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills, exhibit excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and be adept at driving results and adapting to market conditions. A minimum qualification of a graduate degree is required, while an MBA or related certifications will be considered an added advantage.
