Technical Support Level 1 (L1) Loan Department role: Job Title: Technical Support Executive Level 1 (L1) Department: Loan Processing Location: Sector 62, Noida Job Type: Full-time Salary: 25,000 28,000 per month Gender: Male & Female Both can apply Experience: Minimum 1 year in technical support within a loan process environment Education: Graduate in IT domain / BCA / B.Tech Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient L1 Technical Support Executive to provide first-level technical assistance within the loan processing department. The candidate will handle routine technical issues, provide user support, and ensure seamless functioning of loan-specific software and systems. Key Responsibilities: User Support & Troubleshooting:Provide frontline support to employees using loan-related software and tools. Resolve technical issues effectively. Issue Management:Log all technical queries in the internal ticketing system. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2 support as needed. Password & Access Management:Handle user access requests, perform password resets, and assist with login-related issues. Software Installation & Configuration:Install and configure loan processing software on workstations. Ensure compatibility and compliance with IT policies. Help Desk Operations:Respond to technical queries via calls, emails, or in-person promptly and professionally. Knowledge & Updates:Stay informed about updates and best practices related to loan software systems to ensure effective support. Required Qualifications: Graduate in IT domain (BCA / B.Tech or equivalent). Strong understanding of IT fundamentals and technical troubleshooting. Familiarity with loan processing software and environments is a must. Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role within a loan department or lending process. Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, basic IT support tools, and password/access management.
