HouseEazy, a rapidly expanding PropTech startup revolutionizing secondary real estate transactions for enhanced transparency, efficiency, and convenience, is currently seeking an AM/ Manager - Legal & Litigation Expert to spearhead litigation-related processes, oversee property documentation, and ensure compliance with real estate laws. Your role will demand a robust legal acumen, adept stakeholder management skills, and in-depth expertise in litigation, contract structuring, and regulatory adherence. Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team responsible for property documentation, legal verification, and regulatory compliance. - Manage legal due diligence, risk evaluation, and dispute resolution within property transactions. - Draft, review, and finalize agreements, contracts, and MOUs for all company dealings. - Handle property-related litigation, engaging with legal counsel and authorities to secure favorable outcomes. - Maintain statutory records, legal registers, and compliance obligations pertaining to real estate transactions. - Ensure seamless execution of customer registries at the Registrar Office in collaboration with legal advisors. - Conduct legal research on property laws, registry price trends, and regulatory updates in Noida and adjacent areas. - Serve as the primary legal advisor, delivering timely and strategic legal opinions to the management. - Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with pertinent authorities, particularly in Noida & Ghaziabad registrar offices. Requirements: - Qualification: LLB from a distinguished university/law college. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years in real estate litigation, legal documentation, and company law. - Profound expertise in contract drafting, property law, and regulatory compliance. - Established connections in Noida & Ghaziabad registrar offices. - Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation proficiencies. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
