Job Description

Qualifications Requirements
5 – 8 years’ work experience relevant to stream
At least 5 years’ experience in Linux Administration
Should be a subject matter expert in:
Mandatorily Linux
Exposure to any two hardware platforms:
Cisco UCS
Dell Servers
Experience in cluster (Oracle RAC / RHEL Cluster / VCS / HA).
VMware understanding and exposure.
Scripting experience (Shell, Perl, etc.)
Highly preferred: knowledge of Virtualization technologies VMware, Oracle OVM and
KVM etc.
DevOps experience is a strong plus.
Load balancer and firewall concepts, security aspects, and virtual IP, DNS, DHCP
concepts.
Understanding of Monitoring tools like- Manage Engine etc.
Basic understanding of Windows environment.
Understanding of Database concepts is a plus.
Good understanding of operational framework like ITIL/ITSM, operations process.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
Willingness to work in shifts and provide on call support in a 24x7 environment.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
International Client experience is required.
Relevant certifications a must (such as RHCP/Advanced level)
