We're on a mission to prepare the next generation of creatorsand now were looking for a Lifecycle & Email Marketing Manager to help us drive this vision forward. About the Role: This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll lead our lifecycle communication strategyright from onboarding and activation to retention and re-engagement. Youll Thrive If You: Can build compelling email journeys that guide parents and learners through every touchpoint Know how to A/B test subject lines before lunch, analyze campaign performance by tea, and launch a reactivation flow before the day ends Love working at the intersection of product, growth, and brand Want your work to directly shape the learning journeys of thousands of kids worldwide We are an AI-first company, so usage of AI-tools in email marketing is a base expectation Key Responsibilities: Understand the ideal customer persona and the market nuances - as we operate in multiple international markets. Own lifecycle campaigns across onboarding, education, retention, upsell Implement the right infrastructure, tools and best practices to ensure the domain authority and deliverability in inboxes is high Create an end-to-end reporting for all email marketing initiatives Build and optimize email flows for trial-to-paid, dormant users, and referrals Partner with Product & RevOps to align in-app and email touchpoints Test relentlesslyoptimize subject lines, send times, triggers, and segments Maintain a strong voice of the brand while driving measurable actions What Were Looking For: 5+ years in lifecycle/email marketing (SaaS, PLG, or digital-first preferred) Mastery of CRM, automation, and tools like Hubspot etc. Strong copywriting, sequencing, and customer journey mapping skills Data-driven mindset and sharp segmentation logic Bonus: EdTech experience or exposure to freemium models Location: Work from office (New Delhi) Impact: Global Passion: Education + Tech,
