Job Description

As an intern at the company, your responsibilities will include preparing notice, agenda, agenda notes, and minutes of board, committee, and annual general meetings. This will involve compiling necessary annexures for the meetings. You will also be responsible for preparing notices for the annual general meeting/extraordinary general meeting and the board's report of unlisted entities. Additionally, you will convene and coordinate board meetings, committee meetings, and general body meetings in accordance with secretarial standards. Maintaining various reports, registers, returns, and other statutory books will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be required to file various e-forms, reports, and returns, and handle all other filings with the RoC/MCA. Furthermore, you will be involved in handling statutory auditors and secretarial auditors concerning secretarial matters and arranging for the secretarial audit report. You will assist in due diligence from regulatory and investor perspectives. Maintaining trackers and MIS repositories of legal and secretarial transactions will also be a key part of your role. Moreover, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and vetting all business agreements, including partnership agreements, service agreements, technology agreements, non-disclosure agreements, trade agreements, marketing agreements, influencer agreements, and memorandum of understanding. Researching on Companies Act, FEMA, other RBI regulations, UK regulations, and other subjects as required from time to time will also be part of your duties.
