As a Legal Intern at Finclus Technology Pvt Ltd, located in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team that is revolutionizing the agricultural sector in India through innovative loan solutions and advanced technology. Finclus, in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture, RBI, 20+ banks, and over 80 entities, offers various loan solutions such as KCC loans at 4% interest in 3 minutes, AIF loans at 6% with high ticket sizes, and Technical Service Provider (TSP) services. As a Legal Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on the following responsibilities: - Drafting and sending legal notices for loan recovery. - Conducting legal research on civil laws, Income Tax, and GST. - Collaborating with panel bank lawyers to launch new loan products and reviewing documentation for Agricultural infrastructure loans. - Assisting in handling Income Tax and GST notices with our CA firm in Bangalore. - Helping in drafting and reviewing legal documents. - Assisting in court proceedings and case preparations. To qualify for this role, you should have an LLB from a recognized university, previous legal internships are preferred, familiarity with civil laws, Income Tax, GST, and financial regulations, and possess strong research, excellent communication, and attention to detail skills.
