Job Description

We seek a knowledgeable and young individual to join our team as a Company Secretary focusing on legal affairs. As a Company Secretary, you will be responsible for managing and fulfilling various legal obligations, including research, notice drafting, and handling ad-hoc legal requirements of the firm, primarily about labor law, legal notices, and civil suits filing. Daily Responsibilities Liaison with Legal Authorities : Conduct thorough research and act as the primary point of contact for legal authorities, such as labor departments, courts, and regulatory bodies. Facilitate communication and coordinate responses to legal inquiries, RTI requests, inspections, and investigations. Drafting Notices: Prepare accurate and comprehensive legal notices, including but not limited to, employee contracts, termination letters, disciplinary actions, and compliance-related communications. Civil Suits Filing: Collaborate with external legal counsel to prepare and file civil suits, if necessary. Collect and organize all relevant documents and evidence required for legal proceedings. Maintain a well-organized and updated database of legal files. Document Management: Ensure the proper maintenance and confidentiality of legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence. Develop and implement an efficient document management system. Ad-hoc Legal Support: Provide assistance and support to other departments within the firm on legal matters as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues and ensure the company's interests are protected. Skills Needed Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Company Secretary, legal advisor, or in a similar role, with strong focus on labor law and civil suits filing. Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear and concise recommendations. Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including notices, contracts, and legal correspondence.
