Job Description: We are looking for a Legal Associate with sound knowledge of GST laws and experience in litigation and representation. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and drafting skills. Key Responsibilities: Handle GST-related legal matters including litigation, assessments, audits, and appeals Draft replies to Show Cause Notices, Appeals, and Legal Notices Represent clients before GST authorities and appellate bodies Interpret legal provisions and prepare opinions on indirect tax matters Coordinate with internal teams and clients for case updates and documentation Stay updated on latest amendments, circulars, and case laws in GST Key Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB) Mandatory Strong understanding of GST Act, Rules, and Procedures Experience in GST litigation or indirect tax legal work Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments Strong analytical and drafting skills Preferred Skills: Exposure to departmental proceedings under GST Hands-on experience with client handling Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Salary: As per industry standards Reporting to: Senior Partner / Head Litigation,
