Job Overview: IMTS Institute is looking for an experienced and strategic Learning & Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating organizational needs, designing impactful training programs, and leading initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Key Responsibilities: Assess training and development needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultations with department heads. Design, implement, and oversee learning strategies that align with institutional goals. Create and deliver engaging training programs covering leadership, soft skills, compliance, and technical topics. Measure training effectiveness and refine programs for optimal learning outcomes. Collaborate with external training partners and manage vendor relationships. Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) including content, analytics, and tracking. Drive employee engagement and learning culture across the organization. Manage and optimize the L&D budget. Support succession planning and leadership development projects. Evaluate ROI and impact of learning initiatives through feedback and performance metrics. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree. Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D, with at least 1 year in a managerial role. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies. Proficiency in e-learning platforms and digital learning tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A strategic mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
