Job Description

As a Product / Service Trainer in the FMCG industry, your primary responsibility will be to create and execute learning strategies and training programs to meet individual and organizational development needs. You will be required to implement various learning methods companywide to ensure effective skill development. In addition to training responsibilities, you will also be expected to track budgets, negotiate contracts, hire and oversee Training and L&D Specialists. Your role will involve managing the training process efficiently and ensuring that all training activities align with the company's goals and objectives. Key skills required for this role include excellent communication skills, client handling, knowledge in skin care, online training, FMCG industry, and beauty products. Experience in learning strategies, job-shadowing, and management systems will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate for this position should have 1-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role. The salary offered for this position ranges from 2 Lac 50 Thousand to 4 Lac per annum. This is a full-time, permanent position in Gurgaon with a focus on corporate training in the Beauty / Fitness / Spa Services industry.
