Job Description
As a Learning and Development (L&D) Business Manager reporting to the Lead Talent Management, you will be responsible for developing business development strategies, key-account management, lead management, budget management, vendor relationships, and relationship building. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and implementing learning strategies and programs, reviewing client development needs, being the key-account manager of different projects within the company, generating leads from the existing client base, practicing cross-selling of products, overseeing project budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors, managing trainer and client relationships effectively. To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate from any stream with 4-8 years of experience in corporate training, sales training, behavioral training, or training programs. Candidates with experience in training companies and key account management capabilities will be preferred. You should have the ability to handle a large client base, work in tandem with the operations team, and possess good communication skills.
