Job Title: Learning and Development Manager Nursing Background is a PLUS Location: Almas Hospital - Kottakkal Employment Type: Full-time Department: Clinical Education Reports To: CEO Position Summary The L&D Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning strategies and programs that support staff development and clinical excellence. Leveraging your nursing experience, you will collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to ensure education initiatives meet regulatory standards and align with patient care goals. Key Responsibilities Assess organizational learning needs with a focus on clinical competencies and compliance training. Design and deliver nursing-specific training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new clinical staff. Monitor and evaluate training outcomes and adjust content as needed. Collaborate with nursing leadership, quality assurance, and HR to ensure professional standards are maintained. Manage and mentor a team of clinical educators or trainers. Maintain accurate training records and support accreditation readiness. Stay up-to-date with best practices in adult learning and clinical education. Qualifications Required: Registered Nurse (RN) with current license is a PLIS Bachelor's degree in Nursing; postgraduate degree in Education, Leadership, or similar preferred. Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience; at least 2 years in education, training, or leadership roles. Proven ability to design and deliver educational content tailored to healthcare settings.
