Content Creation Support: Assist in developing learning materials, presentations, and reports. Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and industry standards. Research: Conduct research on relevant topics, trends, and best practices in learning and development. Gather and organize data on potential trainers, subject matter experts, and industry influencers. Identifying Trainers and Creators: Research and identify suitable content creators, facilitators, and trainers based on project requirements. Maintain a database of potential trainers and creators. Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, training sessions, and workshops with trainers and other stakeholders. Manage calendars and send reminders for key events and deadlines. Communication and Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for external trainers, content creators, and partners. Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Documentation and Reporting: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to training programs, content, and trainer interactions. Prepare reports and summaries as needed.
