Job Description
You will be responsible for establishing a Lean manufacturing strategy to ensure that all facility objectives in terms of safety, quality, profitability, waste reduction, and team excellence are met. Your role will involve providing leadership, mentoring, and training to OE's in applying Lean methodology and tools. Additionally, you will be expected to identify, plan, and lead the execution of Lean transformation initiatives across the plant. You will support factory improvement projects by collaborating with process owners and driving results. As a key driver of change within the plant, you will be required to support management and cross-functional teams. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in supporting yearly HPS Assessment audits with internal team members and Headquarter audit members. You will also be responsible for driving Workshop/Campaign management across the operation team and monitoring Plant KPIs through GMES. To qualify for this role, you should hold a BE/BTech degree in any stream.,
