As a Lead Generation Specialist at A.J. Gallagher, a global industry leader in insurance, risk management, and consulting services, you will play a crucial role in organizing, distributing, and tracking leads acquired through digital channels. Your contribution will be instrumental in the success of our online marketing campaigns and the effective management of leads. Your responsibilities will include conducting daily monitoring of online marketing campaigns and promptly responding to "contact us" or "connect with an expert" requests from our corporate websites. You will collaborate closely with the website and marketing automation teams to enhance the lead management process through regular performance evaluations. It will be essential for you to document and communicate the end-to-end lead management process, ensuring seamless coordination from initial prospect capture to lead nurturing and hand-off to the sales team. Your role will involve assessing and suggesting methods to optimize and streamline the lead process, tracking and measuring new leads and engagement levels across various accounts, and providing insights and recommendations for growth. You will be expected to generate lead/opportunity reports and monthly dashboards to showcase lead progress, conversion rates, cost per lead, and revenue attribution from website leads. Utilizing marketing automation tools, Salesforce.com, and other necessary platforms, you will execute and monitor the success of lead generation programs. Quality checking the leads in Salesforce to confirm active engagement by the sales teams, assigning sales-qualified leads to the appropriate salesperson, and directing other inquiries to the relevant departments will be part of your routine tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify sales-ready leads based on scoring demographic and behavioral factors, ensuring a streamlined marketing automation and Salesforce sync at all times. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience in SQL and Marketing Cloud. Your expertise in these areas will enable you to effectively manage and optimize lead generation processes, contributing to the growth and success of the organization. At A.J.
