Job Description
You have a strong desire to solve mathematical problems and possess a good understanding of data structures and SQL operations, which is considered a plus. Your communication and presentation skills are excellent, allowing you to explain technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are adept at problem-solving and can develop creative solutions to complex technical challenges. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, comes naturally to you. Your ability to create detailed presentations and showcase product capabilities is commendable. A strong technology background with 3-5 years of pre-sales experience in SAAS platforms is preferred. You are willing to work in US timings and travel to meet prospects for closing deals. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the sales team to identify prospect requirements and offer technical solutions to meet those requirements. - Develop proof of concept (POC) to showcase platform capabilities and assist prospects during product evaluation. - Serve as the go-to product expert for the sales team, providing guidance and support as necessary. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospects, becoming their technical advocate. - Stay updated with the latest developments in the competitor landscape and provide insights and recommendations to prospects and team members. - Influence the product roadmap by gathering critical feedback from prospects and translating them into product requests.,
