As a highly motivated professional with over 6+ years of sales experience, you will be instrumental in driving program growth, increasing participant satisfaction, and creating an innovative learning environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the planning, development, and execution of workshops and camps in alignment with organizational goals. - Developing sales-driven programs to attract and retain participants, ensuring revenue growth. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth logistics, marketing, and event delivery. - Creating engaging content tailored to diverse audiences and age groups. - Identifying opportunities to enhance participant experience and build lasting relationships. - Managing and mentoring team members to foster a high-performing work environment. - Analyzing sales and program performance metrics to optimize strategies. - Staying updated with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum of 6 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets. - Strong leadership skills in managing large-scale workshops and events. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse participants.
