We are seeking an experienced Vlocity DevOps Lead with a strong background in Salesforce and Vlocity deployments. With over 5 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years specializing in Vlocity deployments using Git, you will be responsible for managing deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and multiple Salesforce environments. Proficiency in Azure DevOps, version control, and troubleshooting skills are essential for this role. You will also play a key role in implementing coding standards and best practices within CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities: - Lead Vlocity deployment management using Git for smooth transitions across environments. - Manage and maintain multiple Salesforce environments to ensure consistency and reliability during deployments. - Collaborate with development teams for successful code migrations and deployments. - Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for Salesforce and Vlocity deployments. - Implement version control best practices with Git for code repositories and branches. - Conduct robust code quality checks and automated testing in the CI/CD pipeline. - Utilize tools like IDX, VBT, SFDX, and Visual Studio Code to support deployment processes and development workflows. - Diagnose and resolve complex deployment issues to maintain system performance and reliability. - Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during deployment cycles. - Enforce coding standards and best practices within the CI/CD pipeline to ensure quality benchmarks are met. - Lead a team of DevOps engineers, offering mentorship and guidance for best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deployment strategies with business goals. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and deployment. - Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with Vlocity deployments using Git. - Proven experience in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline development and Git version control. - Proficiency in tools such as IDX, VBT, SFDX, and Visual Studio Code. - Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex deployment issues. - Experience in implementing coding standards and best practices within CI/CD pipelines. Preferred Skills: - Salesforce and/or Vlocity certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified DevOps Engineer, Vlocity Platform Developer). - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Experience working in Agile development environments.,
