Role and Responsibilities Lead the complete software development process from planning to deployment. Upgrade and maintain the software after deployment to ensure stability and performance. Handle the end-to-end software and application lifecycle, including design, development, and release. Guide the team through analysis, coding, building, and deployment stages. Supervise automated testing processes and share progress with management during development. Modify and test updates to existing programs to enhance functionality and user experience. Skills And Experience 5+ years of experience developing enterprise-grade applications using React.js, Redux, Node.js, Next.js, HTML, and CSS. Proficient in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and business teams.
