Job Requirements Assist sales representatives in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts for turbine control systems Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions based on customer requirements Analyze customer specifications to ensure compatibility with turbine control systems and identify & Document deviations from standard offerings Support customers in understanding product functionalities, applications and benefits Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to technical and commercial questions Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer data and technical documentation in CRM systems Provide input to the sales and marketing team on customer needs and market demands Work Experience A graduate engineer with 10+ years of working experience in sales support, technical support, or a related role in the energy or turbine industry Good experience with turbine control systems, automation, or industrial controls is highly preferred Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex control systems Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite and sales management tools Proactive approach to addressing customer needs and driving sales outcomes Stay updated on turbine control technologies, industry trends and competitors offerings Problem-solving mindset and customer focused approach Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills,
