Job Description
Key Responsibility: Establish new relationships and maintain existing relationships with the Investor segment (Mutual Funds, Wealth Management Outfits, Corporate Treasuries, Insurance Companies, Financial Institutions, Banks, and Market intermediaries) Plan and execute fundraising via CP, NCD (Public and Private Placement), and term loans from banks Identify & collaborate with potential investors (debt/capital instruments) Handle queries of existing and potential investors Review CP, NCD issuance information documents, and other loan documents Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (RBI liquidity risk management, asset liability management etc. / SEBI NCS, LODR etc.) Continuous research on the economy, debt markets, Insurance companies, and Corporate to enable the management to make a more informed decision on funding Stay informed and evaluate feasibility; plan and execute new funding modes/structures evolving in the financial markets Skills and Competencies: Experience in managing relationships with lending partners and market intermediaries Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders Ability to analyze complex financial scenarios and derive actionable insights Education: CA/MBA from reputed Institution Overall experience 8 to 10 years in the NBFC Sector Candidates with experience in fund management roles shall be preferred,
