Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure and support services. This role involves leading a diverse team of engineers to ensure the efficient operation, security, and reliability of our IT systems and services. Responsibilitie sOversee all aspects of the company's IT operations, ensuring optimal performance and security .Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cybersecurity .Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and data protection .Collaborate with the leadership team to support business objectives through technology solutions .Lead and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, new implementations, and technology initiatives .Ensure compliance with internal and external IT standards and regulatory requirements .Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues .Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective IT support and services .Monitor and report on IT performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements .
