Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Lead/Senior Tech Lead-IT Infrastructure to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and supporting complex IT infrastructures, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance. Key Responsibilities System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage, and network equipment, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Security: Implement and manage security protocols, firewalls, and access controls to protect sensitive data and systems. Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and service interruptions. Backup & Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans, ensuring data integrity and availability. User Support: Provide advanced technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing complex issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support projects, system upgrades, and migrations. Training & Mentorship: Mentor junior staff members and provide training on system administration best practices. Qualifications Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in system administration/ IT Infrastructure or a similar role. Any Certification in Systems Engineering/Virtual Desktop specialist or any would be plus Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments. Proficient in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. Operating systems which includes Linux , MS Windows and Apple Mac oS X In-depth understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, and security best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.,
