Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Solar Installer, primarily based in Ayodhya with some flexibility for working from home. The Lead Solar Installer will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of solar systems, ensuring safety and efficiency in operations. Day-to-day tasks include supervising installation teams, utilizing both hand and power tools, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role also involves troubleshooting and performing regular maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Qualifications Proficiency in Solar Power and Solar Systems Experience with Solar Industry standards and practices Skilled in using Power Tools and Hand Tools Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and in a team Relevant certifications in solar installation and maintenance are a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification preferred,
