Job Description
You will be part of an Indian / Global Digital Organization where you will own and drive backend projects end-to-end, starting from brainstorming to production systems. Your main responsibility will be to design and construct cloud-native microservices that are resilient, observable, and horizontally scalable. Collaboration in a high-velocity environment with short iteration cycles and frequent A/B testing will be a key aspect of your role. You will work with petabyte-scale data, utilizing Redshift and other AWS-native analytics tools to guide product decisions. Additionally, integrating AI/ML capabilities into product workflows to create smarter and personalized user experiences will be crucial. Your contribution to code reviews, design reviews, and fostering a strong technical culture within the team will also be expected. The required skills for this role include strong expertise in Core Java for object-oriented programming, with experience in building enterprise-grade backend systems. Knowledge of advanced Java concepts like multithreading, concurrency, and JVM internals is a nice-to-have. Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices using the Spring Boot framework is essential. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and building scalable, distributed systems is necessary. Familiarity with Redshift, relational databases (e.g., MySQL/PostgreSQL), and cloud-native analytics tools is also required. Exposure to integrating AI/ML models or services into backend workflows is a plus. Understanding of continuous integration/deployment pipelines and relevant tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes is beneficial. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.,
