The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for leading software development projects, designing and implementing back-end solutions, programming, and ensuring adherence to object-oriented programming principles. Salary Range: 12 - 20 lakh annual Qualifications Deep understanding of Computer Science principles 3+ Yrs of Experience in MERN stack development Demonstrated leadership abilities in software engineering projects Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Prior experience in an e-commerce environment and/or React Native is a plus,
