Job Description

As a Technical Lead at Ripplehire, one of Uplers" clients, you will play a crucial role in tackling significant challenges within the recruitment space. With a minimum of 8 years of experience, you will be leading a team to develop AI agents, enhance candidate experiences, and innovate hiring processes. Your expertise in Java OR Spring, AWS OR GCP, and MongoDB OR JavaScript will be essential in delivering exceptional results. Your primary responsibility will be to guide the team towards successful project delivery by providing technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship. By maintaining high standards of software quality and identifying areas for growth and improvement, you will ensure the team's continuous progress. Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and architects, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of web and desktop-based applications, emphasizing scalable architecture to support data-intensive applications. In addition to leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers, you should have a strong command of technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and REST. Experience in deploying applications to cloud providers like AWS or GCP and utilizing AI to enhance productivity and code quality will be advantageous. Knowledge of frontend development, data science, and information security principles will be beneficial in this role. Our tech stack includes Java, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL - RDS, MongoDB, Apache Solr, Spring Cloud, S3, Angular 2, Backbone JS, and Azure OpenAI, with applications hosted on AWS and GCP.
