What Were Looking For: 610+ years of experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js Deep understanding of component architecture, state management (Redux/Context/Zustand) Experience with REST & GraphQL APIs, async flows, and secure auth (JWT, OAuth) Solid hands-on with ES6+, TypeScript, Webpack, Babel, testing frameworks Proven ability to mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and lead agile teams Exposure to CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Bonus Points: Built or led multi-tenant SaaS applications Familiarity with Next.js, server-side rendering, and micro-frontends Experience with performance profiling, caching strategies, and load testing Contributions to open-source or public portfolios (GitHub, blogs) Our Hiring Process We Dont Just Assess.
