Youll be at the intersection of AI, Python, architecture, and leadership solving complex challenges across products, platforms, and possibilities. What Were Looking For: 712+ years of experience building scalable systems in Python Proven leadership of AI/ML teams or complex backend platforms Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, FastAPI/Flask/Django, and async patterns Experience with LLMs, NLP, CV, or Generative AI is a major plus Familiarity with LangChain, Transformers, vector DBs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines Cloud-native fluency in AWS/GCP/Azure from CI/CD to MLOps Strong system design skills, mentor mindset, and obsession for performance Excellent communicator able to align product, design, and engineering into one rhythm Bonus Points: Built a SaaS product that scaled (or failed but you learned) Fine-tuned an LLM or worked on AI agent architecture Maintained code hygiene, wrote test suites, and improved performance profiles Blogged, contributed to open-source, or spoken at dev/AI meetups Our Hiring Process We Dont Just Assess.
