Job Description
Lead Service Delivery Manager (4PL | Supply Chain Planning & Demand Forecasting | QSR and F&B Org) Role Brief: The role holder must be aligned with Key Client deliverables and manage the services to drive internal governance and external reporting with focus on customer service excellence. This role holder is expected to form a key responsibility of engaging with client and create positive impact in clients eco system by driving the operations efficiently. Role and Responsibilities: - aligned with Key Client deliverables and manage the services to drive internal governance and external reporting with focus on customer service excellence. - Management of the customer in all respects and under any circumstances is critical, aligned with the management of internal resources, appropriate escalation and ongoing communication with all parties. - Support and Service Delivery policies and processes are in place to meet Customer needs. - Drive 4PL process enhancements, process deployments and continuously develop those to bring efficiencies in system - To meet with Customer to cultivate feedback regarding the Managed Service and to facilitate any required improvements. To drive service review meetings and facilitate third party service reviews covering performance, service improvements, quality, and processes to enable Continual Service Improvement. Qualification & Experience MBA/ PGDM with Engineering Background preferred 12-15 years of experience of which 6-7 years of experience in Demand Forecasting, Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and Client Interaction in Supply Chain industry, Food and Beverages, Cloud Kitchen etc. Exposure to QSR F&B Organisations Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person,
