Job Description

Role/ Job Title: Lead-SCF Business Risk & Portfolio Management Function/ Department: Transaction Banking-Trade (CLF Sales) Job Purpose Roles & Responsibilities Work with PSM SCF and WB risk for timely closure of cases Work in tandem with CAD & SCF product team in streamlining disbursement process. Manage any internal exception approval process, where needed to get transactional flow started for a dealer. Target a TAT for dealer onboarding & ready-to-transact status. Monitor periodic submissions of documents/ data, covenant tracking, sample audits, annual renewals etc. Monitoring dealer level issues, obtain timely market checks on individual dealers, highlight early warning signals and stop disbursements / initiate recovery (if any) in case of issues. Ensure nil delinquencies in the portfolio. Work with PSM team on receivables reminders and routing of more flows through our Current Account. Work in tandem with central product team on Go to Market strategy , Process Streamlining and campaigns. Organizational capabilities in terms for portfolio build up and subsequently portfolio management. Manage change in terms for building liability through SCF route. To achieve targeted road map as per Project Gallup, build teams & capabilities.
