Job Description
As the SAP Systems and Infrastructure Manager, your primary goal is to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance of SAP S/4 HANA and peripheral systems while supporting strategic business objectives. You will be responsible for managing system upgrades, disaster recovery drills, and cost control initiatives to enhance user experience. Your key accountabilities include: Systems and Infrastructure Management: You will develop and implement a robust Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to ensure continuous availability and performance of SAP S/4 HANA and peripheral systems. This includes managing system upgrades seamlessly and proactively monitoring system health to identify and address potential issues. Strengthening Security Systems: It is crucial to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in SAP system operations and data handling. You will be responsible for implementing necessary security measures and protocols, conducting regular audits and assessments, and performing Disaster Recovery (DR) drills to enhance readiness for disruptions. Business Support & Query Resolution: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and feedback on SAP usage. Provide support in issue resolution, develop a SAP Roadmap plan, establish metrics and KPIs to measure SAP performance, and redesign processes to align with business requirements. Enhancements and Cost Optimization: Plan the budget for the IT team, lead SAP module enhancements, identify opportunities for process digitization, optimize SAP resources on AWS, and manage user onboarding/offboarding processes to control costs effectively. Continuous Improvements: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP environment, explore new technologies and solutions for implementation, conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gauge stakeholder satisfaction levels, and establish metrics and KPIs to measure SAP performance and user satisfaction. People Management: Assist, guide, and monitor team members in their day-to-day affairs, set performance expectations, review team performance, provide constructive feedback, motivate team members, and address any team issues or grievances effectively. Overall, your role as the SAP Systems and Infrastructure Manager is critical in ensuring the seamless operation, security, and cost-effectiveness of SAP systems, while driving continuous improvement and supporting strategic business objectives.,
