Position Overview This individual must be highly motivated and pro-active and can identify and develop opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points, qualifying them as sales-ready leads based on predefined criteria. Give online/F2F demos to customers, send proposals and follow up for closures Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate and detailed information on prospects. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Job requirements MBA (Sales/Marketing) with 1- 3years of Experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
