Key Responsibilities: This role is responsible for developing and implementing sales & service plans of the Company, ensuring the service, growth and retention of client relationships, and managing a team of sales professionals. Develop and execute state/city sales & service strategies aligned with the overall business goals. Identify market opportunities, trends, and challenges Set performance goals for the state/city. Identify potential clients to expand customer base Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition & retention. Interface with clients, suggest viable products and solutions, cultivate relations with them for and ensuring quality service Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
