Responsibilities: Core Marketing Ops Skills: Deep expertise in HubSpot (workflows, lead scoring, attribution, reporting). Experience designing lead scoring models & routing workflows. Strong in multi-touch attribution and campaign performance tracking. CRM optimization, sales-marketing alignment & SLA management. Advanced analytics, ROI tracking & dashboard creation. Tech & Integration: Skilled in Clay, Zapier, Segment & Webflow. API/webhook integrations for seamless data flow. Data hygiene & database management. Analytics & Data: Proficient in GA, HubSpot Analytics, UTM tracking & attribution. Strong in data visualization, conversion tracking & performance reporting. Able to derive insights for campaign optimization. Process & Systems: Experience in process design, SOPs & scalable martech architecture. Project management for tech setups & cross-functional improvements. Sales & RevOps: Sales pipeline understanding, lead routing & account assignment. Knowledge of CS operations & post-sale automation. Good to have: SQL for custom reporting & deeper data analysis. Qualifications: 25 years in RevOps, SalesOps (startup/SaaS experience preferred). Strong experience in CRM management, sales automation tools, and dashboarding. Data-driven mindset with the ability to move fast and simplify complexity.
