Job Description

As a skilled professional in the field, you will be responsible for deriving implementation strategies for retention within the organization. Your role will involve setting up and driving key process metrics to enhance the framework impacting bottom-line metrics. You will play a crucial part in defining the cost of acquisitions versus retention and the subsequent revenue generated for all products. Additionally, you will be instrumental in defining PNL structures and incentive grids at the organizational level. One of your key responsibilities will be to create and implement fulfillment journeys to drive retention through all customer touchpoints. You will be involved in designing, reviewing, setting up, and optimizing touchpoints through contact centers and branches. Setting targets and driving productivity through customer service touchpoints will also be a part of your role. In addition to the above, you will perform customer analytics, set targets, and drive them through customer service touchpoints. You will also be involved in forecasting and industry benchmarking, analyzing short and long-term forecasting trends, as well as trends in group inventories and rates to align with goals, product lines, and strategic sales objectives. Furthermore, you will focus on improving and scaling up revenue management products to ensure a significant impact on bottom-line revenue streams. As a key member of the team, you will lead projects, take ownership of upskilling initiatives, and bring innovation to existing processes.
