Job Description: As a Lead Relationship Manager, your primary responsibilities will include generating leads from various platforms, updating customer information in the database, processing orders accurately, and managing customer accounts to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. You will also be expected to respond to customer queries promptly through phone, email, social media, or chat applications, analyze customer feedback, and document processes and technical issues. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who are adept at problem-solving and can collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. You should be able to handle customer conflicts, work well in a team environment, and have extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience data. Proficiency in online customer engagement platforms, MS Office, and a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a similar role are preferred qualifications for this position.,
