Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Python Developer with deep expertise in Python, FastAPI, and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive high-quality backend development, ensure CI/CD best practices, and lead a team toward delivering scalable APIs and services. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of backend systems using Python (FastAPI) Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing RESTful APIs Implement and optimize Docker containers with best practices Manage container orchestration using Kubernetes Oversee and refine CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing Collaborate with DevOps, frontend, and QA teams Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews Drive architectural decisions for performance and scalability Key Skills & Requirements 6+ years of backend development experience Strong proficiency in Python with deep hands-on experience in FastAPI Expertise in Docker: image optimization, security, and management Experience deploying and managing apps in Kubernetes clusters Solid grasp of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions Experience with microservices architecture and API gateway concepts Good understanding of security best practices in backend development Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus Nice to Have Experience with async programming in Python Monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) Exposure to SQL/NoSQL databases Why Join Us Work on meaningful and challenging projects with global impact Collaborative and innovation-driven culture Opportunities for growth, leadership, and continuous learning,
