Job Description

Key responsibilities: Lead project planning sessions using your expertise in agile approaches and methodologies Work closely with developers to improve our dev ops and design highly scalable, available, and reliable CI/CD processes Continuously identify areas of improvement and opportunities for automation in our workflow, get buy-in from all stakeholders, and implement those improvements Lead and participate in removing waste, project barriers, bottlenecks and roadblocks Assign tasks and manage projects for teams of designers and developers Ensure that the various planning, communication and tracking tools are properly implemented and updated Oversee quality in collaboration with the Creative Director Be the point of escalation for conflict management, problem-solving, risk identification and developing mitigation strategies Regular communication with all stakeholders Contribute to recruiting new talent, as per the organisations needs Minimum qualifications: Passionate about working for a social cause and making a huge difference to the lives of underprivileged kids in India and other developing countries 7+ years of experience in the tech sector In-depth knowledge of project operations acquired from a minimum of 3+ years in project management on large software development projects Experience managing large projects with Agile project management principles and practices Experience with continuous development and deployments of large-scale systems Strong leadership skills with the ability to challenge and influence a variety of stakeholders Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle Excellent written and verbal English communication, and strong emotional intelligence skills A scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude and drive that gets high-quality projects done quickly,
