TAC Security is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead of Product Engineering for our Pune location. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, domain expertise in cybersecurity, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the product engineering team to ensure high-quality deliverables. Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software solutions. Work closely with the pre-sales team to understand sales functions and client requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Assess client requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and best practices. Operate and manage various vulnerability scanning and management tools. Collaborate with product management teams to enhance product features and capabilities. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and integrate relevant concepts into products. Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience with at least one programming language (PHP/Python/Java). Strong 8-12 Yrs. domain expertise in Cybersecurity, with a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices. Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and operating different vulnerability scanning/management tools. Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage projects. Experience with product management is a plus. Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,
