Job Description

You will be working with a leading HR Tech SaaS organization that is AI-driven and certified as one of the best places to work. Our client is a prominent Employee Experience Company that focuses on helping companies connect and engage employees across enterprises. The platform facilitates employee communication, information sharing, knowledge transfer, and fosters a digital workspace that enhances employee experience and reinforces a unique work culture. In this role, you will tackle design problems comprehensively, starting from translating business strategy, research insights, and data into innovative ideas for new products and features. You will also work on enhancing and simplifying existing workflows. Sketching and prototyping ideas will be a crucial part of your role to assess viability and design detailed interactions. Employ design thinking to foster cross-functional alignment, utilize storytelling to inspire the team and the organization about the team's vision, and the problems being addressed. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, and go-to-market will be essential to consistently deliver experiences that drive tangible business outcomes and address user pain points. Feedback from the entire team and cross-functional partners will guide your iterations. As a leader and coach within the Product Design team, you will collaborate with other designers to elevate their work and enhance the overall team performance. The ideal candidate for this role should have a passion for creating exceptional and innovative experiences that address real customer pain points and drive measurable business outcomes. Utilize data and research to inform design decisions and evaluate the impact of designs using quantitative and qualitative data. Operating in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment should be comfortable for you. Prior experience in the B2B, HR, Productivity space, or dealing with communication systems for knowledge workers is a bonus. Demonstrated expertise in using design thinking for cross-functional alignment and storytelling is desirable. You should have a history of partnering with Product teams to shape long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap. A strong sense of empathy and a user-centric design approach are crucial. Excitement to work in a positive and supportive environment, collaborating within a high-caliber, cross-functional team, and willingness to grow are essential. A compelling portfolio showcasing high-quality design work and a proven record of driving design forward are required. The ideal candidate should have at least 8+ years of experience in UX/UI Design. In terms of work flexibility, our organization operates with a Hub-Hybrid-Remote model, where the work model is role-based with exceptions. The model offers flexibility depending on the role requirements - Hub (100% office-based work), Hybrid (combination of work from home and office), and Remote (100% remote work within the country of hire).
