Job Description
Technical Lead: ODOO Experience: 8+ years Location : Trivandrum /Kochi Responsibilities: Lead Odoo development projects from requirement analysis to on-time delivery Support Project Managers in technical demonstrations and gap resolution Translate functional requests for technical team understanding Manage Odoo ERP customization, migration, testing, and documentation Proactively monitor system performance and resolve issues Collaborate with Project Managers on solution design and enhancement Provide task planning, estimation, and progress tracking Supervise Developer Team to ensure quality and best practices Architect solutions for Odoo application enhancements Manage sprints and daily scrum meetings for progress review Act as a Technical Point of Contact and Subject Matter Expert Troubleshoot and escalate critical technical issues Develop and maintain systems documentation Continuously learn and stay updated on Odoo programming concepts Required Skill: 5 - 6+ years hands-on Odoo ERP experience, atleast 2+ years in a team lead role Proficiency in agile and waterfall development methodologies Strong technical experience in Odoo ERP, including knowledge of Odoo MVC architecture Good functional knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Inventory, e-Commerce, Manufacturing, Accounting, CRM, Purchasing, Sales Modules Strong technical and functional knowledge of Odoo core modules such as Sales, Purchase, Delivery, Accounting, Manufacturing, Qweb Reporting, etc. Integrating Odoo with third party REST API Familiarity with Odoo.sh , Odoo Online and Odoo On-Premise Knowledge of Linux flavored operating system. Experience in Odoo profiling, optimization, and caching mechanisms Independent thinking with problem-solving skills Extensive knowledge of Business processes & System architecture Analyse and suggest the optimal Odoo solutions. Should be capable of comprehending the request and providing the client with viable alternatives Proficiency in developing Technical/Functional documentation Knowledge of version control system tools like git Ability to troubleshoot and support complex Odoo customizations Knowledge of Database tuning for performance optimization Experience in writing unit tests and test case automation Willingness to learn and progress in new domain areas Ability to multitask in multiple projects, if required Excellent understanding of coding standards Techno-functional expertise.,
